Elderly Woman in a Marked Crosswalk Hit by Vehicle
A jury returned a substantial verdict for our client just before the coronavirus shut down the courts. Our client, a recent immigrant to this country working as a caregiver, was struck by an inattentive driver and suffered multiple injuries to her knees, hips, shoulder and face.
