Female Injured by Motorist While in the Crosswalk
An East Bay Resident was enjoying the day with her two daughters in a nearby Bay Area City when she was hit by a motorist while walking within a marked crosswalk. The Plaintiff suffered head injuries and contusions. A settlement with the Defendant driver’s insurance was reached to compensate the woman’s injuries, and her daughters’ pain and suffering.
