Injuries Caused by Driver Who Drove Onto Sidewalk
Walker, Hamilton & Koenig and the Meisel Law Group partnered in a personal injury case involving a 71-year-old gentleman. On December 21, 2019, our client was struck by a vehicle while standing on a sidewalk in the Sunset District of San Francisco. The vehicle’s driver was attempting to parallel park and apparently hit the accelerator instead of the brake, causing his vehicle to strike our client and drive his head into a wall, resulting in severe brain damage.
